TravelingOms.com Launches Official Website
They say that the only constant in life is change. And so far, 2012 is proving to be a monumental year for change here at TravelingOms.com.
For the past few months we have been testing our beta site and gathering feedback from all of you on what you would like to see on the site. Today is the day we give you what you want. The Official TravelingOms.com site has been launched. No more beta schmada for us :)
What does that mean for you? A few things:
- We will be turning our main focus to bringing in quality event planners and organizers to check out your Om Profiles – so if you’re still waiting to finish them up now is the time!
- We will be offering regular blogs with industry insiders giving you tips on how to get more presenting jobs (check out our interviews with the founders of the Caribbean Yoga Conference and the Northwest Yoga Conference so far). To be highlighted on our blog, please contact us.
- All profiles that do not contain at least 1 video will be turned off come Feb 1, 2012.
Oh, and I forgot the best news:
If you create your account by Feb 1st you will get 2 free months!
Here are a few changes you might see on the site:
- Are you planning an event? You can now post your open presenting Opportunities and let the Oms come to you!
- Get all of your messages in your TravelingOms.com inbox as well as through regular email. This allows you to keep copies all in one place.
- Only members can search through the full Om Profile database – this allows us to know who is looking at your profile and pass the statistics along to you!
